Drive By Easter in La Crosse WI

This Easter was a little different than most. With all the social distancing guidelines, most Easter events were canceled and left kids with no opportunity to see the Easter Bunny. Barge Berkley Chiropractic Clinics and Amy’s Closet partnered to bring joy to the community through their “Drive-By Easter Event” in La Crosse WI. The event was held at both the La Crosse WI and Holmen WI clinic locations at different times of the day.

Amy’s Closet was able to collect donations from community members and businesses to create 300 Easter baskets. Altra Federal Credit Union had to cancel their annual Easter event and they donated 600 pounds of chocolate eggs to Amy’s Closet. Holmen Pumping Service donated over 500 plastic eggs to be filled and many community members delivered and shipped Easter baskets, prizes, and candy to Amy’s Closet.

The Easter Bunny in La Crosse WI

The Barge Berkley Chiropractic staff, their families, and two wonderful volunteers dressed up in costumes and handed out baskets to 300 community members who signed up for the event online. Not only did the event end up bringing joy to those who got baskets, but all the people who drove by and caught a glimpse of the event were smiling too!

The La Crosse WI clinic hosted the first half of the event from 12:30-2:00 and the Holmen WI clinic hosted the second half from 3:30-5:00 on Saturday. The local news channel came to see what all the fun was about! Click the link below to watch the video:
